Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free within the United States using economy shipping. There is no minimum order amount.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your "Ready for pickup" email before coming, and bring your order number. To confirm a pickup time, call 321-945-0400.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from Orlando, Florida.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, economy delivery takes 5–8 business days to most addresses in the continental United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Large and Bulk Orders

Very large orders may ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different days. For pallet or wholesale orders, please contact us for a shipping quote and delivery timeline.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will help resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
