Unused and unopened items: We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
2. Exchanges
Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We will send instructions for returning the item and make sure you receive the correct item promptly.
Size or style exchanges: If you need a different size or style, please contact us to start the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email wanowausa@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- Return authorization: We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship it back: Pack the item(s) securely and ship them using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refund process: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exceptions
Final sale items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description or contact us before purchasing.
Custom orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
